    (Best Syndication News) - There has been a voluntary recall announced today by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) for some of Toshiba's Satellite T Series notebook computers. The laptop computers are being recalled because they could overheat at the AC adapter plug-in jack and could potentially burn the user. Toshiba has received reports of 129 notebook computers overheating which has caused the cases to deform it. Two people were burned that did not require medical treatment.

    The Toshiba notebook recall includes around 41,000 units that were distributed worldwide. The models involved are the Satellite T135, Satellite T135D and Satellite ProT130 Notebook Computers. The computers have the model number and name printed on the label on the bottom of the laptop computer system.

    The Samsung Epic works on Sprints 3G and 4G wireless network. This is part of the reason for the high demand. There is also a $100 mail-in rebate when you sign up with a service agreement select plan that has Premium Data added on. The cost of the phone $249.99 after the rebate and sales tax is additional.
